Parking Tradeoffs

The Trust for Leverage Beyond Belief requests that the City of Moon Juice allow it rights to expand its growing parking lot empire downtown. Bluffield Worgenstau, the head of a local Neighborhood Association is considering how these developments might affect his prefered parking at the Sunday Banana Market. Says Bluffield, to no one in particular,

"If 100

% of the site is used for parking, there will be 350 parking spaces (and 325 of them will be empty)."

"Based on my calculations" Worgenstau considers, sitting in a field of Moon Juice's far-too-green Bananas, "we can expect no angry Banana Merchants. And 350 Moon Juicers to protest."
